About the project

We first became involved at the property purchase stage, carrying out a research report before moving through pre-planning, full application, and detailed design.

As the site sits on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, we also undertook a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment to ensure sensitivity to the setting. After securing planning permission, we managed and facilitated the full build—delivering parts ourselves while collaborating with trusted build partners. A true start-to-finish project.
